Wholesale Bearings
Bearings in programme quantities: repeat supply against a standing list, own-label packaging for distributors, and per-market packing across the range.

Wholesale means a programme, not a pile
A wholesale bearing order is rarely one large shipment; it is a programme — the same codes recurring against a buyer's own sales or production. Wholesale supply here is framed on the range itself: the eleven families of the products index, ordered in programme quantities with their options fixed once and held. The practical unit of a wholesale relationship is the standing list: codes, closures, grades, materials and packaging, agreed per item and then simply re-run, which is why the supplier guide insists on option discipline from the first order.
The standing list, item by item
Build the standing list the way the range is organised. Ball bearing codes carry their closure and clearance in the line. Mounted units carry housing material next to the code. Linear items carry counts per shaft or per axis. Custom items carry their drawing references, so a repeat custom order is a re-run, not a re-design. A list built this way survives staff changes on both sides; a list built as totals and approximations has to be rebuilt at every order, and rebuilt lists drift.
| List section | Fixed once, per item | Re-run each order |
|---|---|---|
| Standard codes | Closure, clearance, grade, material | Quantities per item |
| Mounted units | Housing material and insert options | Quantities per position |
| Linear items | Series and counts per shaft or axis | Sets per machine or run |
| Custom items | Drawing reference and specification | Quantities per item |
| OEM items | Engraving and packaging artwork | Quantities per market |
Own-label and per-market packing
Distributors ordering wholesale usually sell under their own name, and the OEM services cover that: logo engraving on the product and private-label packaging. Packing also divides by market — labelling, language and carton marks settled per destination — so a programme serving several markets should carry its packaging requirements market by market on the standing list. State the division in the inquiry rather than in a follow-up; packaging decided after pricing is packaging re-priced.
Quantities and destination, stated plainly
Wholesale enquiries sometimes hide the two numbers that matter most: how many, and where to. Both belong in the first message, in plain figures next to the items they belong to — quantities per item, not a programme total spread by the reader, and the destination market per shipment where markets divide. A programme whose quantities vary by season should say so and give the pattern in words; a supplier can plan around a stated season, but not around a silent one.
Starting a wholesale programme
Start with the standing list, even if the first shipment is small: the list is the programme, and the first order is its proof. Send it through the contact form with the market division and the packaging requirements attached to their items, and keep the sent list with its replies as the programme record. Programmes that begin as a single bulk price question, with no list behind it, get a bulk answer — and then start again when the real list appears.
