Made to a drawing or a sample
The custom line exists for the positions the standard series cannot settle: a bore or width outside the standard ranges, a material the standard families do not carry, or a sealing and housing combination the application fixes. Custom production works from drawings and samples as a standing service, and the custom family carries its own sub-families alongside the standard work: SS304 and SS316 stainless, titanium bearings, YRT rotary table bearings, plastic roller wheels, UPE rollers, hollow-shaft work, plastic gears, PI bearings and U-groove bearings with or without circlip.
| Custom sub-family | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Stainless custom | SS304 and SS316 stainless steel types |
| Titanium bearings | Titanium as a custom material line |
| YRT bearings | Rotary table bearing types |
| Plastic custom | Plastic roller wheels, UPE rollers and plastic gears |
| Hollow shaft | Hollow-shaft bearing work |
| PI bearings | Polyimide plastic bearing line |
| U-groove custom | U-groove with or without circlip |
The options a custom order settles
A custom specification settles five points: the dimension set (bore, outside diameter, width and flange where one exists), the material selection, the sealing type, the housing style where the item is housed, and the performance tailoring the duty demands — load, speed, precision, noise and service life. A drawing that carries those five points can be priced without a second round of questions; work through them one by one in the blog checklist.
Engraving and own-label packaging
Custom production extends past the bearing itself. OEM logo engraving on the product and private-label packaging complete the offer, which is how a distributor's own brand ends up on a bearing made in Hangzhou. State the engraving and packaging requirements in the same inquiry as the items — artwork and packaging are settled with the order, not after it — and keep the requirement attached to the items it covers, since a mixed list may carry own-label work on some lines and plain supply on others.
