The 6000 and 6300 model lists

The 6000 series is the lightest of the three standard deep groove series: against the same bore it runs the smallest outside diameter and width, which suits compact housings and light machinery. Its list runs 6000 to 6005, and the photographed family example — the 6003-2RS — sits in this series. The 6300 series stands alongside as the same-bore heavy alternative: models 6300 to 6310, the fullest section of the three standard series.

Light, standard or heavy at one bore

The three standard series exist so one bore can take three envelopes: 6000 where space is tight, 6200 as the general default, 6300 where load and housing room allow the fuller section. Conversions between them are housing decisions — the bore stays, the outside diameter and width change — and an inquiry converting a position from one series to another should name both codes so the housing change is visible to everyone who reads the order.

Closures across both series

Both series run the family frame: open, ZZ or 2RS closures or customised sealing; clearance C0, C2 or C3 or customised; grades P0 to P4; chrome steel standard, stainless through the stainless line. The 6003-2RS example shows the sealed form of the light series; the same suffix system reads identically on a 6300 code.
